This December put me squarely in my body.

12th house stuff doesn’t always show up as insight... it leaks. Through accidents, tension, frustration, exhaustion. Through the same spot getting hit again and again until you listen.

This episode opens with that. What it looks like when the unconscious speaks through the body—and why regulation isn’t always enough when there’s a reservoir that needs emptying.
