Welcome to Grow Up with Molly Erin !! I'm Molly, a 24 year old Irish gal just trying to stay afloat in this game of life. Acting as an audio journal for me, I'll be getting real about the lessons I've learnt growing up and everything else that I'm still figuring out.

With no restrictions on topics, I'll be having honest chats about mental health, wellbeing, fitness and more. For me this podcast is all about making just one person feel less alone in the struggle of life in your 20s :)

Hit me up on instagram @molllyerin for weekly reflections, uplifting stories and relatable content <3

Le gra,

    Trigger warning: suicide mentioned.

Starting with a cheerful life update, I then deep dive into the more serious topic of mental health. I speak about my first encounter and how it escalated during college.

Diagnosed with Panic Disorder and Emotional Dysregulation, I chat about the assessment process and how I managed to get one from battling with the Irish health system. Hopefully this episode will reach someone and help you in your own mental health journey !!

    Sending lots of love,

BACK IN BUSINESS !! The first episode of Grow Up with Molly Erin includes a life update, some side stories and a reminder that it's normal to feel LOST in your 20s. I chat briefly about my current anxiety situation and my running goals. But dedicate a good chunk speaking about my new social group, ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, and what local meet-ups have brought to my life over the past 2 years.

Tune in to hear me, @molllyerin, babble on about growth and the importance of recognising our achievements and patting ourselves on the back :)
