• What is Grief?
    Feb 23 2025

Grief isn’t just sadness. It’s not just missing someone. It’s love with nowhere to go. It’s the silence where a voice used to be. It’s reaching for your phone before remembering there’s no one on the other end. Grief is love in its most raw and aching form.

  • Keeping Their Memory Alive
    Feb 9 2025

Grief is love with nowhere to go—or at least, that’s how it feels at first. We carry this love inside us, wondering what to do with it now that they’re no longer here. • Navigating Grief Without Closure
    Jan 25 2025

Navigating grief when there is no closure is extra difficult. We are left with unanswered questions and unresolved feelings. No one likes an unfinished story, and if given the chance would want to say goodbye to their loved one. This particular type of grief causes a tremendous toll on not only our mental state but also physical. It's important to try to find a way to form your own goodbye. This could be through a letter, lighting a candle, or creating a memory box. The important thing is that you do something that is important to you and would honor your loved one. It's also imperative that you have a good support system, resources, therapy etc. It is possible to work through the issues when you don't have closure, but it takes time, patience, and a lot of working through your feelings.
