    Tracey is a mother, wife, and Life Coach… She works with women who are ready to take a charge of their lives. Women who are tired of being bullied by other people, society, expectations, and themselves. As a child, Tracey was teased for being overweight. She was bullied in school. Though her biggest bully was herself. She was self-conscious, critical, and a perfectionist. For over a decade she struggled with an eating disorder and addiction. Today, she empowers women to break free of what they’ve been “trained” to do so they can live a life that’s true to them.
