They launched their multi-award-winning bar, Craft Republic in the midst of the covid pandemic, dealing with the ever changing rules that surrounding hospitality during that time. During that journey, they create their own in house spirits, which has now grown into its own fully fledged business and picking up multiple great taste awards.
