  • Before You Hire a Publicist in 2026 (The Truth About PR) | FT Regan Farley | EP6
    Feb 18 2026
In this episode of Bee Real with Sarah, Sarah sits down with fellow publicist and close friend Reagan Farley for an unfiltered conversation about what it really looks like to work in PR in 2026.

    They break down:
Why PR can’t be cleanly measured by ROI
Why clients often feel underwhelmed by results they don’t fully understand
How breaking news (like a major death or crash) can instantly derail months of strategy
Why no agency can guarantee press

They also get honest about the emotional toll of the industry:
    Late nights and weekend calls
    Constant problem-solving clients never see
PR being a “thankless” job more often than not
The exhaustion of being both CEO and executor

The conversation dives into AI in PR:
AI is powerful. Agencies should be using it. But trying to let ChatGPT “be your publicist” is a mistake. AI should support strategy — not replace human thinking, writing, and relationships.

They also talk real numbers when it comes to PR pricing: ~$1,500/month:
Starter retainers with limited deliverables $3,500–$5,000+/month: More experienced agencies with deeper strategy and access

PR is not a quick-hit ROI product. It’s a long-term visibility investment for brands ready to break through their next ceiling.

  • Leaders Are Born, Not Built (How I Honor My Father's Legacy)
    Feb 10 2026
This episode of Be Real With Sarah is different.

    There’s no script.
    No outline.

Just heart. In this deeply personal episode, Sarah honors her father—Melvin James Busby Jr.—21 years after God called him home. What began as a reflection on legacy becomes a raw conversation about grief, faith, leadership, and carrying a name that still speaks long after someone is gone. This is for anyone who lost a parent too soon.
For daughters who grew up faster than they should have.
For those navigating purpose while still holding unanswered questions. This episode is not about closure.
    It’s about remembrance.
    Inheritance.

And trusting that legacy doesn’t die—it lives on.

    🐝 Grief without guilt
    🐝 Faith without clichés
🐝 Legacy that still breathes. Dedicated with love to my father, Bishop Melvin J. Busby Jr.

  • When Transition & Transparency Meets Therapy | Ft Celeste Howell | EP4
    Feb 3 2026
In this episode of Bee Real with Sarah, Sarah sits down with therapist and author Celeste Howell, LPC Associate, for a transparent conversation about boundaries, grief, and what happens when therapy meets real life.

Celeste opens up about navigating major transitions in both her personal and professional life—including the loss of her father—and how grief reshaped the way she shows up for her clients. Together, they talk honestly about front-loading in therapy, the importance of boundaries, and the reality that even healers have to do their own healing.

This conversation pulls back the curtain on what it really looks like to hold space for others while managing your own emotions, faith, and humanity. It’s a reminder that professionalism doesn’t cancel pain—and that healing is never one-sided.

If you’re a therapist, helper, leader, or anyone learning how to balance transparency with wisdom, this episode will meet you right where you are.

    About the Guest:
Celeste Howell is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate), supervised by Cassandra Rowe, LPC-S. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and supports clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. Celeste integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based approaches to create safe, nonjudgmental spaces where healing can happen. She is currently accepting new clients and offers virtual sessions.
