Mother Rucker is back for Part 2—and this time the conversation turns into a celebration of everything that makes live music matter.

Paul and Kevin continue their conversation with Rocky, Joe and Zach about the concerts and musicians that shaped them, the South Florida music scene, and why seeing a band live creates an experience that streaming and YouTube simply can't duplicate.

Rocky opens up about his musical upbringing and the path that eventually led him to performing and teaching, while the band explains why they would rather be called entertaining than be pigeonholed into a single genre. For Mother Rucker, the goal is simple: whether you're a hardcore punk fan or you're experiencing your first punk show, they want you to walk away having had a damn good time.

The guys also celebrate the return of Respectable Street, talk about upcoming Mother Rucker shows, swap stories about Rush, Primus and other unforgettable live performances—and, naturally, get completely sidetracked by pizza, whiskey and whatever else happens when Mother Rucker takes over the studio.

3B Festival organizer, Frankie Scorpion returns to Riffs & Rhythms for an entertaining, honest, and completely unpredictable conversation.

The crew discusses the upcoming 3B Festival, what it really takes to organize a successful independent event, and why building a music community is about much more than making money.
