As we wrap up Season 7 with two final episodes, I'm sharing some pointed advice on starting over. This week, I look at a few logistical aspects of life where I've realized the amount of headspace they occupy. Yes, starting over comes with many obvious new things to learn, and I discuss a few big ones for me: establishing services with new providers, driving in a new city, and finding your "go-to" spots for daily life.

This week's intuitive message for the collective is an invitation to create moments of calm where you can. Take what's available to you by way of smaller practices to anchor yourself in the midst of rapid change.

Changing routines has been an obvious, but necessary part of starting over. For me, routines can become so habitual that I have forgotten the way they really support my body, mind and spirit in the midst of change.

Leveraging behaviors that will sustain you and keep you going truly do make a difference. Some of the core components I try to hold in balance are exercise/movement, sleep, nutrition, connection and community. And perhaps my greatest lesson: Be okay with the fact that routines will shift!

This week's intuitive message for the collective is an invitation to also be okay with the pace with which life is unfolding. If we can leverage our routines to help be the best version of ourselves, we become better co-creators with Spirit/God/Universe, too.

Starting over opens a window of time where we get to begin again in a new place, with new people, and share new experiences. But within this window, we also get to decide what of our story gets carried forward and what gets dropped.

James Clear's Atomic Habits invites readers to think of habit building like casting a vote for the kind of person you want to be. I've always loved that analogy, and it's helping me be more intentional about the version of myself that gets shared in this "new start" environment.

I'm using my style choices to say something about myself. I'm being more discerning about what I share of my story. I'm allowing others to share new things with me. It's all my chance to cast a vote for the kind of person I am, and who I want to be.

This week's intuitive message for the collective asks us how to stay in anticipation of the things that are coming toward us without losing sight of who we are right now. We are being invited to become grounded in who we are. Tune in and harness a self-practice to support ourselves and who we are becoming!

Starting over is process that asks us to orient to the present and the future moments, rather than just the past. This occurred to me recently, and I've had my own struggles with it given how much I actually enjoy thinking about the past, replaying things, reviewing conversations, and remembering what happened.

We are not a species who exist in just one moment in time; we are a culmination of all of the experiences we've had, the people we've met, and the places we've been. And like we do in real time, we evolve and change as things unfold in our lives, creating new, updated versions of ourselves. Starting over calls forth this new version of self, adjusting and shifting our identity.

This week's intuitive message for the collective addresses the intense energy on the planet asking us to come face to face with endings and closures.

This is a time to be extraordinarily gentle with yourself. Preserve and care for yourself, and likewise be gentle with others.

And do your best to allow what is being cleared out or coming to an end, so that you can more fully surrender to the path your soul wants to take.

Over the last several years, I have occupied many different homes. Some owned by loved ones. Some by people I know on the periphery. But in all of these instances, I now understand there is an energy that belongs to a physical space. And when it hasn't only been yours, it carries the footprint of all those occupants who preceded you...even those who built it!

This week's episode begins with an intuitive message for the collective: Stay curious around the things that are moving/shifting in your life, especially mental messages and communications. The real invitation in this fire energy is to stay in control of your thinking and simply notice what arrives.

Decision making is a key part of the process to starting over. It all begins with one decision, and then everything else afterwards is just a product of that one choice. The process of decision-making must evolve beyond what our minds think to include the wisdom of our bodies and spirit, too.

And over time, as we collect information from these inner sources, we can take tiny steps of action toward a choice- without any guarantee of an outcome. All decisions require courageous surrender to the unknown, but they only come to fruition through the collaboration between what you can know and what tiny steps you do take.
