  • Future Directions in ATTR-CM Treatment
    Sep 18 2026

In this CardiaCast episode, Kevin M. Alexander, MD is joined by Sarah Cuddy, MBBCh, to discuss the latest clinical data for investigational therapies and available treatments for transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), as well as the potential implications of these findings on clinical practice and future clinical studies. First, they will explore results from CARDIO-TTRansform, the phase 3 trial of eplontersen in ATTR-CM, followed by the results from REVEAL, the phase 3 trial using radiotracer I-124 evuzamitide to detect cardiac amyloidosis. Next, they will discuss findings from ATTRibute-CM and its open-label extension on the survival benefits of acoramidis in variant ATTR-CM (ATTRv-CM) over 54 months.
