Loved this new way of meditating

Bringing together my workout and my meditation clarified bringing mindfulness into my everyday life. It brought a new dimension to my meditation and a new depth. I am excited to see where this takemenon my daily life. Shinzen's voice is also very easy to listen to. Thank you

Use these techniques while riding a bicycle; especially for long distance rides. Surprised it's not mentioned.
