My name is Mike Nelson, perhaps best known in the DCD community as ‘Dyspraxic Sing Song Mike’. As a fitness enthusiast, I have been hosting free online fitness workouts since 2020. It was after having been diagnosed in my teens with dyspraxia that I sought to raise awareness and support others also living with the hidden disability. Joining me on this podcast will be other dyspraxic fitness fanatics, sportspeople and attendees from my workouts to discuss living with dyspraxia and how they embrace keeping fit whilst living with the lifelong hidden disability.
