Welcome to Lost and Searching (previously The Mindful Leader) where host Seven Jacobs speaks to other leaders about their experience with mental health, overcoming it, and why they felt making that change was important to them. Currently going into Season 2, our theme is Stress and Breakdowns. We'll be speaking to incredible individuals who share their personal stories, struggles, and lessons for young leaders.

As a child, I faced challenges like rough sleeping, family loss, and neglect. Despite a long journey of loss, loneliness, social anxiety, and confusion, something pulled me forward. Eventually I dropped out of university for entrepreneurship, became obsessed with psychology and philosophy, and co-founded businesses and communities. Things improved. My work led me to believe that we are ALL leaders. So, the goal of this show is to help you discover and cultivate that YOU that you want to be more of. Conversations about the world, humanity, and self-leadership can be expected here. Welcome.
