For generations, we've been told that "Real Men Don't Cry". I've called my movement The UnReal Man. My aim with this movement and this podcast is to challenge the societal belief that in order to be considered a "Real" man, men need to be cold, hard, emotionless robots who just get things done. If men open up and admit to having a problem, they are often called a "baby" or simply told "don't worry about it mate - everything will be ok".
