Szent Iván éjszakáján földiekkel játszó égi tünemények népesítik be a parkot, és Mary Poppins most is méltóságteljesen vezérli különösnél különösebb kalandokra a Banks gyerekeket. A második történetben a korábbról már ismert Andrew kisasszony (a Szörnyeteg) költözik be a Cseresznyefa utca tizennyolcba, Luti társaságában, akit déltengeri útjáról hozott magával.

Be swept away by magic in these two enchanting stories of Mary Poppins’ adventures. Mary Poppins is in residence in Cherry Tree Lane. You can be sure that wonderful adventures will follow, from fantastical picnics to a trip to see the man on the moon! More than 80 years since we first met Mary Poppins, these original, classic stories are still charming audiences and transporting new fans into the mysterious world of everyone’s favourite magical nanny.

Mary Poppins alkonyattájt a keleti széllel érkezik Banks-ék házába és szinte azonnal olyan otthonosan érzi magát, mintha mindig ott élt volna. A gyerekekkel is rögtön megtalálja a közös hangot. Travers elbűvölő műve talán azért oly népszerű a mai fiatalok körében is, mert benne a gyerekvilág hétköznapjai a tündérmesék varázslatával ötvöződnek.

Just when Jane and Michael Banks thought she was gone forever, Mary Poppins floats back into their lives on the end of a kite string, bringing a whole host of wonderful adventures with her. More than 80 years since we first met Mary Poppins, this original, classic story is still charming audiences and transporting new fans into the mysterious world of everyone’s favourite magical nanny.
