My intention for this podcast is to create a listening community that would like to grow a passion for mediation and share my fondness for the subject matter. By sharing what I have learned others are learning healthy and evidence-based information. I believe mediation should be accessible to everyone – all ages and stages of life can benefit from the affects of meditation and it is helpful to those with the value of longevity. Which I also want others to become passionate about, because our health can give us the gift of a long life if we believe in the power of own brains and bodies!
