I started my podcast to spread awareness and share our journey with pregnancy loss, infertility and grief. I want to share how I managed to overcome loss after loss and hardships through my health and fitness journey. I started losing loved ones at 21 years old to cancer and never thought I would still be losing more 11 years later. I want to share with others our story, my what I have learned and talk about the things so many people feel like they can't talk about or maybe don't even think about.
