I lost over 80 pounds after I started walking. I'm a busy business owner (and former personal trainer) with ADHD, hypothyroidism, and family, so I know what it's like to be chronically tired. The episodes are fun, conversational walks with a friend who understands that some days are a struggle, with some silly real life stories mixed in.

My poems, like all poems, are autobiographical reflections on my life's journey and my response to it. They cover a range of about thirty years, during which time, I married, taught many children to understand and love music, raised a son, cared for loved ones and struggled to find my true identity. The overriding theme of these poems is the search for something transcendental and enduring that can lift the mind and soul beyond the inevitable sorrows of life…the eternal beauty of the infinite universe.
