My passion for encouraging and empowering women started a little over a decade ago. But being in an emotionally and mentally abusive relationship, I lost the little confidence I had left to start that journey. I had to learn to love myself again. These true life stories and how I overcame situations as a single mom will hopefully encourage you to know that you are not alone, that you are strong, and that you can and will conquer anything and everything.
