Annelie kann ihr Glück kaum fassen: Die Ponyflüsterschüler machen eine Klassenfahrt! Eine ganze Woche werden sie mit ihren Gefährtenponys auf dem Abenteuerhof verbringen. Das wird ponytastisch! Doch auf dem Hof sind noch zwei andere Kinder zu Gast - und die dürfen auf keinen Fall erfahren, dass Annelie und ihre Freunde echte Ponyflüsterer sind. Schließlich ist die Geheimhaltung ihrer Gabe oberstes Ponygesetz. Ob das wohl gut geht?

Annelie ist begeistert: Obwohl Ponys eigentlich gar kein Weihnachten feiern, wird im Internat für Ponyflüsterer gewichtelt. Doch dann zieht Annelie ausgerechnet den Ponydirektor. Was soll sie ihm bloß schenken? Zufällig hört sie, dass er einen Hinweis auf den Schatz der Gräfin Trippelwick gefunden hat. Kann Annelie das Rätsel mit Hilfe ihrer Freunde und ihres Gefährtenponys Henry knacken? Das wäre das ponytastischste Wichtelgeschenk aller Zeiten!

Annelie ist überglücklich. Das wunderschöne Pony Henry hat sich am Gefährtentag für sie entschieden! Leider läuft es bei ihrer Freundin Tille nicht so gut wie bei Henry und ihr, denn Tilles Shetlandpony Fliederfloh macht nichts ohne Zauberzucker. Dabei hat sich Tille doch so sehr ein Einhorn gewünscht! Weil Fliederfloh durch den vielen Zauberzucker immer dicker wird, verordnet der Tierarzt Ennimell eine Diät. Als dann am nächsten Tag im Haferladen ausgerechnet der Zauberzucker verschwunden ist, wird natürlich Fliederfloh für den Dieb gehalten.

Ein Turnier in Trippelwick! Annie und ihr Gefährtenpony Henry nehmen daran teil und merken schnell, dass es bei dem Wettbewerb nicht mit rechten Dingen zugeht. Eines der Juryponys scheint die Aufgaben zu sabotieren! Steckt ein böser Plan dahinter? Oder braucht das Pony vielleicht ihre Hilfe?

Annelie könnte nicht glücklicher sein: Sie erhält eine Einladung ins Internat Trippelwick! Und das ist nicht irgendein Internat, denn dort werden nur angehende Ponyflüsterer ausgebildet. Und jeder Schüler bekommt sein eigenes Pony! Das einzige Problem ist, dass Annelie noch gar nicht reiten kann und die anderen Kinder ihr meilenweit voraus sind. Trotzdem hat sie viel Spaß an Eselsophie, Einhorn-Vokabeln und natürlich auch am Reitunterricht. Denn sie merkt: Sie muss nur auf ihr Ponyflüsterherz vertrauen, dann kann sie alles schaffen.
