From one healing pro to another, I see you! I spent many years trying to be the epitome of what I thought it meant to "well" as a mental health professional. I felt like there was no room for me and my own mental health journey and I felt shame when I thought about how reliant I was on others for my own care. Shouldn't I have it all together? Hadn't I read ever book I could manage on trauma? Healing professionals...also need healing.
