Within a day of each other, two pretty young married women are brutally murdered. The first body is discovered in Bluebell Wood. The second is found in a remote corner of Lumbertub Park. Chief Inspector Jim Ashworth is brought in to investigate and he immediately notes the similarities between the two cases – both women were beaten to death.
