This podcast is designed to bring people closer to Christ through meditation and mindfulness practice. As we practice calming thoughts, fears, and emotions and focusing on light, words of truth, or being still within, we can cultivate more space to hear the voice of the Spirit. Brandi uses imagery, acceptance, and surrender principles as well as invitations to meditate on the scriptures and find a deeper connection to Jesus Christ.
