This week's episode came from a very vulnerable spot, but I'm excited to share it with you all! some of us are sensitive, feel things so deeply, and we work ourselves up over it. we question why we feel things the way we do. sometimes, its better to see the beauty in it. I don't have it figured out to fully overcome these emotions, but I do have some thoughts on how we can see the beauty in it. hope you enjoy <33
