Three albums. Three very different vibes. One very opinionated podcast. This time on on BEAT off SCRIPT, Brandito, Bob, and Mel are jumping between the political alt-rock of De Staat’s De Staat, the dreamy R&B of Jhené Aiko’s Westside Whimsy, and Miley Cyrus’s Bass Persuades. From big questions about the state of the world to the boys finally finding their whimsy, and a bassline that apparently wasn’t enough to persuade them, this episode covers a lot of ground.

The crew breaks down all three albums, track by track, unpacking the sounds, the standout moments, and the opinions that inevitably refuse to align. It’s politics, whimsy, and pop girl discourse all in one episode.Press play, listen along, and let us know which album had you in the most convincing state of mind. 🎧🌎🌸
