A proposito di questo titolo

2026 is here, And I believe it's time we all have this conversation. Things are not getting any better in our country when it comes to the judicial system and justice. I've talked to several of my friends who are still in prison despite them being obviously innocent (Jason Perez - 22 years, Carmen - 43 years, and Justin Stevenson - 9 years). Our constitutional rights in America have been saturated by case law and the misinterpretation of judges who have allowed the position to overwhelm their ego. Your freedom, your rights isn't dependent upon the wording of our Constitution, and our lives have become a lucrative commodity. There are too many people in prison who don't deserve to be (Matthew Garcia - 28 years, Shakur - 40 years) Addiction has also Spiraled out of control and has consumed our country. The youth is being influenced by immaturity without regulation, and the consequences are becoming discernable. We need a different approach then what we've been doing. And I think, this is the year We need to act.2025 Crimini reali Politica e governo Scienze politiche

I had needed some time off. Sometimes this gets to be too much. This is an old visit I had with my friend Aaron. We're both the same age, but he has been in prison since he was 15 years old.

  • Matt Garcia and a thousand others may be going home soon in Pennsylvania
    Apr 2 2026

Matt Garcia (Instagram: mattraw_1980 has been in prison for nearly 30 years. 2 weeks after Matt turned 18 he was charged with 2nd degree murder after someone else killed another person unknow to Matt. He was given Life with NO chance at parole. Death By Incarceration, it's called in Pennsylvania. March 26, however, the Pa. Supreme court issued a ruling in the Derek Lee case that states it is unconstitutional to give a person Life in prison with no second chance when they didn't harm anyone themselves. There are approximately 1050 men, woman and children serving this Life without parole for 2nd degree murder who may now be coming home. This is a phone call from Matt to me after he learned the news.
