Christina is a licensed clinical professional counselor who concentrates on working with individuals struggling with OCD, anxiety, and eating disorders. 

I was able to interview Christina not only on her work as a therapist, but also her experience in motherhood thus far. As you'll be able to hear, Christina has put in intentional work to break cycles of trauma in her family and shares a bit about that experience with us!
