  • Boundaries and Self Reflection
    Jan 19 2026

This episode is very reflective, as I head into the dating territory again.

I’m still in the middle of processing my experience, so is there loads of clarity? No :)

But it really got me thinking about boundaries and hard lines we choose, and questioning do they serve me, or hinder me?

Are they hard boundaries or flexible?

Were they inspired by fear and do they exist as a defence/protection mechanism and this might need to be reassessed, or are they there because I'm clear that going past that line leads to a version of myself that I am no longer engaging with.

  • Weapon of Mass Construction
    Jan 12 2026

This is not a saying we hear often in our world - "Weapon of Mass Construction."

What are you constructing in your life every day?

How are you constructing your relationships with the people you love, your work life, the impact you have on the world?

I do muse about hazards of being the “nice guy or nice girl” and how

*Apologies for the sounds of the microphone in the background, I was having some set up issues and have learned not to hold the mic in my hand and touch it while I talk.

  • Choices
    Jan 4 2026

Choices. We make them every moment of the day, but some times, being conscious of them involves unravelling some of our social conditioning and my journey of delving into learning about the impact of peri-menopause on our brain is rather eye opening to how our brain influences female behaviours.

I mention some music I've been listing to lately its an album called "Manifesting Through Movement" by Groove Muse AI

And the book I'm listening to at the moment is called "Age Like a Girl" by Dr Mindy Pelz https://www.drmindypelz.com/

  • Rest = Productivity
    Dec 27 2025

If the thing you seek is outside of you, it means it’s never going to be found.

And this flows me into observing that rewiring my brain to realise that Rest = Productivity is no easy task!

  • Intuition and moving past your limits
    Dec 8 2025

Still so much happening in my life right now, the juggling is real and exploring the depths of what we are capable of is rather exhausting but liberating as well.

Some musings about intuition and then I get a little geeky talking about a topic that has consumed a large amount of my adult life, essential oils.
