We explore how God calls us to honour the very good bodies He’s given us, how even simple acts of movement can become moments to meet Him, and why health conditions or limitations don’t disqualify us from celebrating our bodies. I also share practical ways to bring worship into your daily movement, whether it’s a walk, a stretch, or lifting weights - so that exercise becomes a space to feel God’s strength, presence, and love.
