A proposito di questo titolo

This podcast is a follow-up to my book, and I’m not here to hold hands or whisper affirmations. I’m here to bring messages to the deaf and visions to the blind, whether you like the delivery or not.

Somewhere along the way, we lost the plot on what it means to be human. Not because we’re broken, but because we were trained to be distracted, sedated, and obedient to systems that benefit from our confusion. Most people don’t misunderstand life. They’ve been conditioned to misunderstand themselves. And then we either throw drugs at a drug problem, for example, or slap cute clinical names on the fallout: anxiety, depression, mood disorder. Let’s be honest. That’s not illness. That’s mental and spiritual discord from living out of alignment with who we actually are.

So yes, your life feels chaotic. Of course it does. Your inner world is a demolition site. As within, so without. You don’t have bad luck. You have unresolved wiring. This is the part where people love to say, “It just wasn’t my time.” Or, "God has something better for me." No. Miss me with allat. The Universe doesn’t do sloppy work and neither does your God if you truly believe in one. There is no imperfect timing. There is only alignment or avoidance. That “missed opportunity” wasn’t divine delay. It was you ignoring the memo because growth would’ve required discomfort, accountability, or letting go of the identity you’ve been milking for sympathy or out of fear, following your 'leaders', and spiritual laziness.

We need to stop hiding behind the excuse of “being human” when most people haven’t bothered to understand their humanity at all. You don’t get to opt out of the experience and still complain about the results. The pain you endured, especially the shit that started in childhood, wasn’t meant to shrink you into a lifelong coping mechanism oblivion. It was meant to wake you up, sharpen you, and drag you back to yourself. Trauma isn’t a life sentence. It’s a signal.

And no, healing doesn’t mean turning your flaws into a personality. It means accepting them without worshiping them. It means forgiving yourself and others without staying stuck in the wreckage. It means evolving. Period. Infinite Sustainability isn’t just my trademark. It’s learning how to stop destroying yourself on repeat. So, in plain language? Get your shit together. The world doesn’t need more wounded adults masquerading as victims. It needs you awake, accountable, and actually showing up for your own damn life. I’m passionate about humanity doing better, and you’ll hear that passion loud, unfiltered, and sometimes unhinged. I record when the message hits, not when it’s convenient or polished enough for algorithms. I don’t follow scripts. I don’t obey tone police. I ramble, I speed-talk, and I cut straight through the bullshit because truth doesn’t need a soft launch. It needs to be said and exist in raw form. If that makes you uncomfortable, good. Discomfort is where growth lives. This podcast will cover the human experience, the mind, the soul, and why most people are stuck since they refuse to look at themselves without deflecting, numbing, or blaming everyone else. Truth feels scarce because people are terrified of self-examination. I’m not.

No rules. No spiritual dress-up. No pandering. Real shit only. Authenticity. Brilliance. Love...the kind that doesn’t lie to you. If profanity offends you, there’s the door. If honesty excites you, welcome home. You’ll be enlightened, entertained, and occasionally called out. You’ll survive but your life-draining, emotional-vampire habits won't.

If you enjoy the episodes, share the podcast. Support the work. And yes...go buy my damn book already. No need to be late to your own awakening. We're already the least evolved species in the Universe. I apologize for nothing and only change my underwear.

Happy listening.

Hola. The Androgynous King has arrived.

Don’t call me “them.” Call me by my name. The One. I’m not here to blend in or soothe you. I’m here to take you on a path most people avoid because it requires honesty, accountability, and the willingness to look at the parts of yourself you keep duct taped behind a smile.

This is the moment where you choose. You either face your lower vibrating self or you deal with the outcomes of letting that version of you run the show. Your shadow has many faces. Nightmares. Patterns. Self-sabotage dressed up as personality. You don’t get to keep running from it. Humanity is overdue for evolution, and denial isn’t an option anymore.

So while you listen, look in the mirror. Ask yourself if you actually love the person staring back. Ask if that’s who you really are or just who you learned to be to survive. We’ll get back to you later. First, let’s talk about you in relation to everyone else, while I talk about me.

The world is shifting whether people are ready or not. Those who are awake or waking up are struggling to navigate reality from a new vantage point. That confusion often shows up as anxiety, depression, and an existential what the fuck. This podcast isn’t just for people barely holding it together. It’s for anyone trying to understand a preordained reality that was never meant to be small or comfortable.

We’re going to talk about the things people avoid. Mental health. Spirituality. Religion. Society. Power. Trauma. Daily life. The messy intersections that bind us together as one human race whether we like it or not. Then we’re going to use those lessons to heal. Individually first. Collectively second. Fair warning though. This is not a wholesome self-help show. You’re going to learn how to tell your problems to go fuck themselves from a place of real love, not spiritual bypassing.

Most unresolved trauma starts in childhood and stacks itself through life until it erodes your energy and your mind. Then people are handed prescriptions to numb symptoms instead of tools to face the damage. Band-Aids for bullet wounds. That’s not healing. That’s avoidance with a copay. Avoiding or fearing facing the thing that controls you. The thing that inhibits your evolution. The thing that, ultimately, keeps you from being you. The thing you've given your power to.

We heal by finding our pain points and walking straight into them. That rebuilds strength. That fortifies your foundation. That prepares you for battle with the relentless whore we call life. That bitch and I have history. Many rounds. But by living the teachings of Jesus, not the institution, not the dogma, but the actual ideology, I put her ass on a leash. Now we sit on cosmic beaches planning how to help humanity together. You can do the same for your own God given purpose.

Nothing gets to control you except the omnipotent and omniscient Creators. Ever. Reins are my gift to humanity.

Life is about the journey and crossing the finish line, but there’s work required along the way. You don’t just show up to a marathon and start running. You fuel your body beforehand. You stretch. You hydrate. You prepare. Yet most people stay busy doing absolutely nothing of value - like unlimited doom scrolling social media - mistaking motion for progress while drifting further from their actual path.

When I talk about operating optimally, I mean that you aren't vibrating at your highest energetic, mental, or physical capacity when you’re stuck on a low plateau. Your balance is off. Your energy is clogged. The body and mind are compensating instead of thriving. Plateaus are lazy. There's always room for spiritual and personal expansion, and stagnation is a choice whether you admit it or not.

On a team, the only time you focus on yourself is when you’re sharpening who you are so the team benefits from it. Growth is individual work in service of the collective. Every lineman perfects their role so the quarterback can function. The quarterback builds connection and timing so the team can advance. If one person slacks on communication, discipline, or strength, the whole system suffers. Individual mastery and collective success are inseparable. That’s not philosophy. It’s reality.

A team is only as strong as its members. Use your team. Let them use you. Build something that actually matters. That’s how you create a group that contributes to humanity instead of draining it. Together, if you have one. If you don't, you'll get plenty of time to practice being your own cheerleader. You should always be your first beacon.

It's not selfish to let someone support you. Sometimes that's their role. Reciprocity isn’t transactional. It’s functional. On the receiving end, allowing support helps you become who you need to be to impact the world. On the giving end, you give someone the opportunity to grow into their purpose by helping you. Everyone wins.

Refusing support because you think it makes you noble is backwards and self-serving. You deprive yourself, the resource, and the collective of growth. The exact opposite of nobility. You aren't being generous. You're blocking flow. You give by receiving and you receive by giving. That reciprocity and balance matters. Learn it. Practice it. Live it.

And don’t forget to be a resource for someone else so they can become a resource for another. That’s how this is supposed to work. Instead, too many people just take, take, take, and call it survival.

Check out my book after you listen and don’t be late for practice. Every day is 'Being Authentic' day.

Quick housekeeping before we dive in: this episode was recorded in an office where I couldn’t project like I wanted. Chapter two is a little distorted, chapters one and three are crystal clear, and yes—you can probably hear my nose hairs flapping. This was recorded long before I planned to be a podcaster or audio editor. Editing audio is a soul-sucking succubus, so appreciate the content. Transcripts are available because I actually give a damn.

    Now the real work...

Emotions aren’t abstract concepts. They’re chemical events with physical consequences. Your moods hit your body at a molecular level. People who internalize everything, live in chronic stress, or marinate in heavy emotional states have higher rates of illness—everything from migraines to autoimmune issues to cancer. On the flip side, people who maintain lighter emotional baselines tend to experience fewer health problems overall. That’s not woo woo. That’s biology.

If you’ve got hereditary risks or predispositions, emotional regulation matters even more. Certain emotional states release chemicals that literally inhibit the growth of malignant cells. Every system in your body is listening to your emotional environment. Every. Single. One.

Your brain may be the control center, but healing is not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may wreck another. Doctors, therapists, medications—none of them are universal solutions. That’s why you cannot outsource your mental health and expect miracles. Why should anyone be responsible for fixing your shit while you refuse to participate in your own process?

Looking at yourself is uncomfortable. Too bad. Letting someone else’s biased lens steer your soul is worse. No external authority can do your internal healing for you. Accountability for your evolution is non-transferable. Closure, forgiveness, integration, and strength are inside jobs. Always were.

If you’re on meds that aren’t helping, talk to your doctor. Adjust. Taper. Rebalance. Explore CBT or other therapeutic work instead of blindly stacking prescriptions. If your doctor refuses to work with you toward balance, find another one. You’re not married to the first white coat you meet. Yes, good providers are hard to find. That’s also why so many people stay trapped in downward spirals they mistake for inevitability.

Fear is not some ancient monster stalking you. It’s a manufactured construct. It only exists because you refuse to look at what’s hiding behind the door. You don’t fear what you’ve already faced. You fear avoidance. And if you keep hiding parts of yourself, eventually the mask becomes the face. Ask yourself honestly—will you be happy with that version?

This episode is a reminder to love yourself enough to stop running from yourself.

“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 KJV
