Your body is going through a continual upgrading process. More and more, as you will allow it, your higher frequencies will be guiding you—they will be expressing themselves—through your body and heart. Trust what your bodies and hearts are guiding you to be. This is how you step out of the prison of your 3D mind.

As you shift into higher states of consciousness, your body is going through a continuing process of being upgraded and then having these upgrades activated as part of the new you. For the next few months, this process will be repeating rapidly. The more your body assimilates these new activations, the more you will begin functioning as conscious beings of Light. The more you will perceive, understand, and choose from your higher inner knowing instead of from your logical linear mind. You’ll start listening to your own body and intuition and putting aside that habitual need to verify your inner knowing with logical thought or external validation.

The human mind is strictly a third-dimensional tool. It only gets in the way of divine understanding, your own inner truth. It exists in a state of ceaseless, unaware reaction to itself. When experienced in the 3D illusion of separation and duality, the mind’s patterns of understanding, reaction, and behavior are so deeply entrenched, they govern compulsively and completely. The deeply ingrained habits of your mind have been keeping you out of alignment with your true Source nature—out of alignment with your body, heart, and those frequencies within you that would otherwise connect you seamlessly with The One, with Source.

Your mind knows nothing about your journey into higher consciousness, so develop the habit of putting it a side. Make it your new habit to reside in your body and listen to it, with the intention of following your intuition and inner knowing. When you do this, you will begin to truly acknowledge, hear, and become the new, higher-frequency you. More and more, as you will allow it, your higher frequencies will be guiding you—they will be expressing themselves—through your body and heart. So the more you trust what your body and heart are telling you, the easier it will be to put aside the analysis, worry and confusion that result from the habits of the mind.

You are being multi-dimensionally upgraded almost daily, especially every aspect of your body. Ascension-level frequencies are manifesting more powerfully in your bodies, almost demanding that you listen and follow your own inner way. If you pay attention, you’ll find that you’re being called back, again and again, to listen to your higher-frequency bodies and multi-dimensional hearts, to feel and trust your own resonance, in each now movement, over the habitual chatter and reactions of your mind. Listening to your mind and to the external as though they reflect something real is a persistent habit. We understand that one of the most difficult things is to let go of what you previously considered to be real .Just start, it will work.

Trust what your bodies and hearts are guiding you to be. Right now, this is how you step up and out of the prison of your third-dimensional mind, and into the freedom of your higher consciousness. Your willingness to listen to and trust your inner being, to follow your own truth, is an important part of you rediscovering your sovereignty as a divine being. You are your truth and your light. The you who is choosing to come back into alignment with your Source nature, your heart, your resonance. Once you really start to do this, you will begin radiating your Source light out to the whole of humanity, which is what you came here to do.

Being aware of the state of your consciousness, and taking responsibility for it, is how you move to higher vibration. Ask of everything that comes to you: do I want to make this part of my reality? Step out of habitual reaction into self-determination, into your heart, letting go of everything that is not of that.

The very fabric of the third dimension is gone. Putting aside the frequency of collective consciousness, the predominant frequencies you exist in now are fifth dimensional and above. Many of you are experiencing major emotional upheavals now because lower-vibrational aspects of your consciousness are being pulled to the surface rapidly and powerfully for release, along with the emotions, reactions and thoughts that habitually go with that. These experiences are just energy, born of illusion; their foundations are fictitious. An energy has no reality, truth, power, or significance until you make it something by reacting to it, usually out of habit.

How you perceive everything is determined by the mixture of energy in your consciousness. The energy of your consciousness is a mixture of high-vibrational energies such as unconditional love and joy, mid-level energies from solid belief systems and habits, and lower-vibrational energies such as fear, judgment, blame, and anger borne of trauma and the habits of separation. Whatever disturbances are rising from within you, everything you perceive, feel, think—how you experience it, what you experience—all of it is a reflection of your mind and level of consciousness.

Whenever you react to something, whether it’s a feeling that arises from within you or something that appears to be outside of you, your reaction to that is karmic. It’s a habit you have developed in your own consciousness or mind of how you will respond to that, how you define it. It’s how you programmed yourself, the pattern you established of reacting to certain things in certain ways. Yes, there’s programming by external sources, but in the end it’s how you receive programming and how you program yourself. Your perceptions are not real, they’re only your karma, your habit of how you understand, respond and react.

It’s uncomfortable now for people who continue to react to their own emotions, and to what seems to be happening outside of them in the old way, as though they have meaning. At higher frequency, this no longer works. The more you can leave behind all habits from the third dimension, the easier your way forward will be. Part of your process now is to keep telling yourself it’s just old energy and gently put it aside. What ever you think, feel or do, or how you respond—consciously or unconsciously—has a creative energy that now manifests much more powerfully and rapidly than ever before. So whatever habitual response you have in a given moment, you powerfully make that part of your reality and create the propensity for you to repeat that moving ahead. However, when you start to react and then stop yourself, recognizing that it’s just a habitual reflection of your own mind, that is exponentially more powerful than the unconscious responses.

Moment by moment, be aware of your state of consciousness and take responsibility for it. Ask of everything that comes to you: do I want to make this part of my reality? When you step out of habitual reaction into self-determination, into your own heart, you are stepping out of the third-dimensional matrix of polarity and separation and rising to higher consciousness. Then you can no longer be affected by anything outside of you—people, authority figures, systems, events. Moment by moment, identify what you want from life, based on your own heart and loving intention. This is all about leaving everything behind that is not born of your own heart.
