Thrive Talk is a platform for individual to have a safe space to come and learn how to deal with depression. Mental health is real and as I have dealt it with for 10 years I wanted to create a platform to share my story of what has kept me together .

Because we all know that it is You vs Depression and deep down inside of you you are stronger than you think even when it doesn't feel like it. you got this and will overcome any obstacles just take one day at a time and be patient with yourself.

But yes, we are living in the day where it needs to be talk on more because we are losing a lot of loves ones through this that we as a community can change,

    After having a background of Depression and Suicide I can talk about and what has help me along the way because it hasn't been an easy ride for those who has battle with it and survive it.

    Thrive Talk is a space for everyone who is and trying to thrive to Grow, Prosper, Advance, Excel, Bloom, Succeed, and Flourish in their life.
