I created a space for those who want to hear and talk about Depression and Suicide a sensitive topic that some people do not want to talk about. But yes, we are living in the day where it needs to be talk on more because we are losing a lot of loves ones through this that we as a community can change,
After having a background of Depression and Suicide I can talk about and what has help me along the way because it hasn't been an easy ride for those who has battle with it and survive it.
