    This topic is perfect for the holidays. While some of us are able to find and connect with our people during this time of year, many others go through huge waves of loneliness - from loss, distance or pandemics. While we want it to be a time of connection, it is often the opposite.

    Instead of feeling despondent and helpless, we share some ideas on how you can take action and find your people.

    1) Think about your current core beliefs. The best tribes share values.

    2) Practice unconditional self-acceptance. Stop saying "I'll finally fully love and embrace myself after I achieve xyz!"

    3) Make room for "and"

    4) Prioritize healing yourself.

    At the end of the day, you won't make progress unless you're willing to put yourself out there. It's hard, but good things come when you allow them to, and staying inside your safe place won't allow others in!
