• Ep #52 Becoming Cognac w/ Brad Liggett
    Sep 17 2026

In this episode my neighbor Brad Liggett and I sat down to talk about the East Fork 100-mile trail run, doing hard things, pushing through when things get tough, and what we learn about ourselves along the way.

You don’t have to be a runner to get something out of this one. I think there’s a little something for everyone in this conversation.

Give it a listen and let us know what you think! I hope you have a great day!

  • Ep #50 Oh won't you be my neighbor w/ Kyle Luecke
    Aug 11 2026

In this episode, I get to sit down with my neighbor, Kyle Luecke. We talk about Kyle’s recent push to get back into exercise, what sparked that change, and what he’s doing to stay consistent.

Kyle also works in the sleep industry, so we dive into some practical ways to improve your sleep and why getting quality rest is such an important part of the bigger picture.

I had a ton of fun sitting down with my neighbor and taking some time to connect in the middle of the kids, the chaos of the world, and, of course, the never-ending distraction of our phones.

If you’ve been struggling to get back into exercise, improve your sleep, or simply find a better balance in the middle of everyday life, I think this episode is for you!

Thanks for listening, and I hope you have a great day!

  • Ep #47 From Processed to Powerful
    May 20 2026

There was a time where I just accepted feeling like crap as normal.

Hospital visits, constant tummy aches, headaches, low energy, brain fog, depression-not feeling like myself… and I didn’t even question it. I was eating what everyone else was eating—fast, convenient, processed and just dealing with the consequences.

In this episode, I talk about the shift from processed foods to whole foods.

I started paying attention. I started choosing real food over fake food. And slowly, everything changed—my energy, my mindset, my discipline, and the way I show up for my family.

This isn’t about being extreme or cutting everything out. It’s about taking your power back, one decision at a time.

Because the truth is… the pain of discipline is a lot less than the pain of feeling stuck in a body that doesn’t perform the way it should.

If you’ve been feeling off, tired, or just not like yourself—this one’s for you. If this episode speaks to you, please share it! This is something I am extremely passionate about because it saved my life. Thank you for listening and I hope you have a great day!

  • Ep #46 From SSRI’s to Freedom: My Story
    Apr 22 2026

    This one is personal.

In this episode, I open up about my journey with mental health medications—specifically long-term SSRI use—and what it’s really like living a life dependent on them. For years, this was my normal… but not without consequences.

I talk about my own attempt to come off SSRIs—and the reality of just how brutal that experience was. If you’ve ever tried, or even thought about it, you’ll understand exactly what I mean.

We also get into the bigger picture. I touch on the recent push for research into ibogaine following a bill signed by Donald Trump, and why this could be a game-changer for people struggling with mental health and dependency.

I also share the story of someone I deeply respect, Jordan Peterson, and his battle with neurological injury tied to medication—something that hit close to home for me.

This episode isn’t about telling anyone what to do. It’s about sharing my experience, the highs, the lows, and the hope that there may be another path forward.

If you or someone you love is navigating mental health, medication, or the idea of coming off—this conversation matters. I hope you enjoy the episode and thank you for listening.

  • Ep #45 More than the Miles w/ Zach Davis
    Apr 4 2026

In this episode, I sit down in person with my main dude, Zach Davis. We talk about a “God wink” moment—how the effects of microplastics, something I heard on Joe Rogan, and my testosterone levels all started connecting in a way that blew my mind.

We get into the love from the fundraiser for the biggest challenge of my life-a 100 mile ultramarathon. Over $700 raised in one day—which means more than I can even put into words. Thank you so much to everyone who donated and shared the social media post. We talk about what training for 100 miles looks like and why this whole journey is already bigger than just a race.

I’m grateful to bring you all along for it. We hope you enjoy this episode. Just getting started.
