This week at the Rooted Earth table, we're exploring the beauty of being ourselves, the grace of growing, and the freedom of loving ourselves along the way.

  • Welcoming Fall: Food, Traditions & the Things That Feel Like Home
    Oct 7 2026

There’s something about fall that invites us to notice.

In this episode, Autumn welcomes the season with memories of the foods and traditions that made fall feel like home, and explores what this time of year can offer us now: a chance to slow down, notice what has grown, release what no longer needs to follow us, and make room for what nourishes us.

And of course, we’re talking about food. 🍂

Autumn shares the story behind the first Rooted Earth recipe, Creamy Herb Chicken, Potato & Root Vegetable Stew, along with a new seasonal companion created especially for this episode.

  • The First Cup of Tea — Why Rooted Earth Exists
    Sep 23 2026

What does it mean to be truly nourished? Not just fed, but cared for. Not just getting through the day, but having something left inside of you when the day is done. In this first episode, I’m sharing some of the pieces of my own story that taught me to see nourishment differently.

We’ll talk about tending the body, quieting the mind, caring for the spirit, and making room for rest, ritual, boundaries, laughter, grief, connection, and joy. Because sometimes nourishment is a good meal, and sometimes it is finally asking yourself, What do I need today? and believing your answer matters. This is where Rooted Earth begins.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to arrive healed.

Come as you are. Pull up a chair. There’s room at the table for you.
