A proposito di questo titolo

Business. Leadership. The Human Mind.

I am Rohit Gautam. Leadership coach, podcast host, and someone who has spent years studying what separates good leaders from great ones.

This channel explores three things:

1. How businesses actually grow, compete, and fail
2. How the best leaders think, decide, and operate under pressure
3. The psychology behind why smart people do what they do

Two formats:

Solo episodes (10-15 min): I take one idea and break it down. No filler. Just the insight and what you can do with it.

Conversations (30-45 min): Deep interviews with founders, executives, coaches, and psychologists who have built something real.

Why Most Leaders Fail at Giving Feedback

Researchers analysed 600+ studies and found that feedback made performance worse 1 in 3 times. Not neutral. Worse.

In this episode, I break down the three specific ways feedback fails and share a simple framework (T-F-F: Timing, Focus, Feedforward) that changes how leaders communicate.

    What you will learn:
    • Why your brain cannot process feedback under stress
    • The difference between feedback that describes behaviour and feedback that attacks identity
    • Marshall Goldsmith's feedforward method, tested on 1 million+ leaders

  • Will AI Take Your Job in 2025?
    Oct 3 2025

    Send us a text

Are robots really taking our jobs, or are they just changing how we work? In this episode of Curiosulus Chronicles, host Rohit sits down with Delhi-based CTO Arjun (23+ years across software, data engineering, and AI) to unpack what’s hype, what’s real, and how to future-proof your career.

We break down Arjun’s three-layer framework: Automation → Augmentation → Ideation, and apply it to fundamental roles: resume screening, customer support/BPO, entry-level programming, creative work, blue-collar robotics, and leadership. We also delve into trust & safety, why a data-driven culture matters more than “adding AI,” and offer practical advice for both fresh graduates and mid-career professionals.

    What you’ll learn

    • The difference between automation (high risk of replacement), augmentation (AI as a power tool), and ideation (human-led strategy).
    • Which jobs are most at risk (clerical/BPO, basic coding) and which will grow (multi-disciplinary engineers who can review, test, design, and use AI).
    • Why trust, risk, and governance matter as much as raw AI capability.
    • How leaders should build a data-driven org (break data silos, invest in data quality, then layer AI/agents).
    • Career advice for freshers and the 5–10 year cohort who need to reskill now.

    Guest

Arjun, CTO & AI specialist; ex-software engineer, data engineer, consultant, mentor. Recent coursework in quantum computing & machine learning (IISc Bangalore), master’s in Data Science (University of Arizona).

    Key takeaways

    • Clerical/standardised tasks face the fastest automation; multi-skill, context-aware roles get amplified.
    • Engineers who understand requirements, design, testing, and review AI output will thrive.
    • Don’t bolt on A, fix your data first (lakes/warehouses, governance, quality).
    • Leaders must define the “why” for AI before funding projects.

    Links & mentions

    • “Frontier models” (e.g., ChatGPT and others)
    • Agentic AI & workflow orchestration
    • Data lakes/warehouses & breaking data silos
