Political Plots and Ploys

The government's decisions work against you, making it difficult to become wealthy. The government is not only inflating the currency but also owns part of over 30 companies. France has done this already with companies like the Renault car company. You can not use the old methods to get ahead. We need to recognize the ploys that the government officials are using prior to the election. A few weeks ago, we were not supposed to like Russia. Now, we have made a deal with them that bails us out with our lack of diesel. Politicians want to take the red diesel from farmers to give it to the truckers. They can make a lot of promises, but there are frequently unintended consequences that make things more difficult in the future. We need to be aware of the moral hazard of actions like bailouts. What is the trajectory of America? Join us as we talk about some of the plots and ploys that are going on this election season.

TT: Lost Morality

From waterboarding a Flock camera, to someone legally murdering a 2-year-old, to someone getting beat up at a Trump rally for wearing a shirt that said "Release the Epstein files". The world seems to slowly be losing its morality. The teenagers talk about a handful of examples of moral issues that people used to speak out against, but now are considered the "Social Norm".

Ask, Seek, Find

In order to get what you want out of life, you will need to ask for help at some point. Why do some people find it difficult to ask for help? It is much easier to find someone who has accomplished what you want to do and ask them how they achieved it. Asking someone for help can save you time, effort, money, and hassle. If you already knew how to get what you want and did that, you would already have it all. We talk about where people get stuck as well as how to move forward. Asking for help can not only help you achieve more but it can bring joy to the person that you've asked to help. We talk about how both the bible and a billionaire talked about the same things to find success. Learn how you can use this to make your world a better place!

The Easy Way and the Hard Way

Webster called the U.S. an "empire of reason." Are we continuing that tradition or straying from it? Do we understand how and why this country started? Some people don't even know what country we fought against to get our independence. If you don't understand the Constitution and what makes the U.S. different, then you will want to learn before making decisions that might get you farther from the life you want. While many of us believed what we heard on TV or from teachers, we have learned that too much propaganda has been used over many decades. We need to be able to think for ourselves so we can make our own decisions. Is it easier to just take a government handout or believe what a media person says? Maybe, but is it better for us in the long run? What would happen if we climbed the ladder ourselves? Initially, it may seem harder, but as you keep moving forward, it gets easier. How can we live the life we want? It won't come from hoping some third party will hand it to us. It will take action from us. Join us as we talk about some of the problems and solutions that are occurring. It doesn't matter if we have a high IQ, are starting with a lot of money, or have the physical skills that someone else has. What matters is how we achieve great things in spite of any the obstacles or challenges. Learn what you need to know to make the choices that lead to your success!

FF: Fun Ways to Store Value

After comparing the prices of eggs, housing, and gold from 50 years ago and today, we realized that some ways of preserving value are better than others. We talk about some of the characteristics of money and how inflation is causing fiat currencies to go down in value. If you can create more value than you consume, you can store that extra value in an asset that will hold its value, so that in the future, you will still have the same (or better) buying power. While we have talked about things like real estate, gold, and silver in the past, today we cover some other ways to preserve value that may be of more interest to some people and may even be considered fun! Join in and learn how you can create and store value to make your financial life better!

No More "Lesser of Two Evils!"

Election time is coming soon in the U.S. Citizens are frustrated with Democrats and Republicans. What problems have been solved since the last election? People have lost homes to property tax raises, so do you really own your own home? You should be able to choose what happens to your own body, so how can a draft be legal and why are the Amish being hassled for choosing not to take a vaccine? They have to take away more freedom to have more control. What can we do as concerned voters? We can stop voting for the "Lesser of Two Evils". This does not mean skipping out on going to the polls. You can make a statement by showing up. There are options that can still make your voice heard without having to vote in someone that you don't believe in. Join us as we talk about what we are doing to preserve our freedoms!

TT: Choice in Our Time

Our lives and who we are is based on what we learn and the choices we make.

If you make good choices, you get good things. If you make bad choices, you don’t

This is how our economic system works. We all have the choice of what to do with our finances.

How do we make money?

What do we buy?

How do we spend our time?

How do we run our business?

Those choices are how the entire system works. If you had to buy from a specific company every time, that would be a monopoly.

Christianity is based on choice. You can choose to join or leave. You can choose to love your neighbor or not. There are consequences for your actions, but you still have the ability to make the decision.

Heaven and Hell are a choice. One is “Eternity with God”, and the other is “Eternity without God”

If you were forced into a religion or threatened with death if you wanted to leave it, that would not be a good thing (that is part of one of the worlds other largest religions, but that’s a story for another day).

Why are we against Flock cameras and Data Centers? They are not the choices of the people.

Voting is a choice.

Lies, Damned Lies, & Government Statistics

The government is supposed to be there simply to protect its citizens from those that wish to do them harm. So why are they giving us statistics that don't give us an accurate picture of what is going on? Why are they passing laws that hurt the citizens to benefit other countries or illegal migrants? The media isn't better and seems determined to divide us. We have a good example of a non-interventionist that believed in keeping bureaucratic fingers out of the economy. John James Cowperthwaite turned the rock that was Hong Kong into a booming economy with a low tax system that increased government revenue. What is the moral hazard of having machines fight a war for you? We talk about all this and more. Learn to read between the lines, so you can see what they aren't telling you.
