  • The Power of Mentoring: How to Build, Benefit From, and Pay Forward Meaningful Mentorship
    Jan 18 2026

Mentoring isn’t just about getting advice—it’s about connection, growth, and mutual learning. In this episode of The Pulse, we explore how mentoring works in all its forms, from one-on-one relationships to powerful group dynamics, and why everyone—regardless of career stage—can benefit from being both a mentor and a mentee.

    Here’s what we’ll cover:

The difference between mentoring, coaching, and sponsoring—and why each serves a unique purpose.

How to find (or be) the right mentor—spoiler: it’s not about titles, but about shared goals and trust.

The magic of group mentoring—how collective wisdom can amplify growth, confidence, and support (and why I helped scale a program for 200+ women).

How to structure a mentoring relationship for mutual benefit, including setting clear goals, creating psychological safety, and maintaining accountability.

Real-life stories of mentoring—the wins, the challenges, and the unexpected lessons.

Whether you’re looking to grow through mentorship or give back by mentoring others, this episode will inspire you to build relationships that fuel personal and professional growth.

P.S. Have you been part of a mentoring relationship that changed your perspective? DM me on Instagram or leave a comment—I’d love to hear your story!

Thank you for being a part of "The Pulse" community. Together, let's continue to thrive, support one another, and live our best lives, both in and out of the workplace. Stay tuned for more episodes that inspire, inform, and empower you to live with heart and resilience.

  • Podmas | Final Thoughts: What 12 Episodes in 3 Weeks Taught Me About Creativity and Routine
    Dec 23 2025

Podmas is officially a wrap! 🎉 In this final episode of 2025, I’m reflecting on the highs, challenges, and surprises of releasing 12 short episodes in just three weeks—and what it taught me about creativity, efficiency, and my own limits.

From experimenting with release times to struggling with social media edits (and getting sick in the middle of it all!), this was a masterclass in adaptability. Here’s what I learned:

    • Short-form works for certain topics (like my to-do list rants or 2026 goals).

    • Consistency is harder than it looks—especially when balancing a full-time job.

    • Automation is my new best friend (hello, pre-made intros/outros for 2026!).

    • Listen to your energy: Daily releases? Fun, but not sustainable for me (yet!).

Biggest takeaway? Challenges like this reveal what’s working—and what needs to change. I’m grateful for the experiment, but I’m also ready to return to our biweekly rhythm in 2026 (with some exciting guest episodes planned!).

Thank you for listening, engaging, and growing with The Pulse this year. See you in 2026—rested, inspired, and ready for more!
