We also have an in-depth look at the trailer for Greta Gerwig's upcoming "Narnia: The Magician's Nephew," which will surely be one of 2027's biggest releases! For this week's NBP poll question for the release of "Wildwood," we're asking everyone, "Which Is Your Favorite Film Featuring Stop-Motion Animation?" And we reveal the winner of last week's NBP poll, where we asked everyone, after the "big four" film festivals (Venice, Telluride, TIFF, and NYFF), "Which Film Do You Think Will Be The Next Best Picture Oscar Winner?" We also share our reactions to other trailers, including "The Beekeeper 2," "A Long Winter," "The Mosquito Bowl," "Josephine," and "River."     "Sense And Sensibility" is a 2026 period romantic drama film directed by Georgia Oakley from a screenplay by Diana Reid. It is based on Jane Austen's 1811 novel that follows three sisters' experiences of love and heartbreak after they're forced to leave their family estate with their widowed mother and move to a humble cottage. The film stars Daisy Edgar-Jones as Elinor Dashwood, Esmé Creed-Miles as Marianne Dashwood, Caitríona Balfe as Mrs. Dashwood, Frank Dillane as John Willoughby, Herbert Nordrum as Colonel Brandon, George MacKay as Edward Ferrars, and Fiona Shaw as Mrs. Jennings.     "Once Upon A Time In Harlem" is a 2026 American documentary film directed by William Greaves and his son, David Greaves, and produced by Liani Greaves and Anne de Mare. It follows a gathering of the surviving members of the Harlem Renaissance. Shot in 1972, it remained unfinished for fifty years, until David revisited the footage following his father's death. The film premiered in the Premieres section of the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, where it received universal acclaim. It was also screened at the Directors' Fortnight section of the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, where it was nominated for the L'Œil d'or, and later at the Telluride, Toronto, and New York Film Festivals. The story follows the Dashwood sisters, members of a wealthy English landed-gentry family, as they face sudden destitution. They are forced to seek financial security through marriage. A commercial success that earned $135 million worldwide, the film received overwhelmingly positive reviews and many accolades, including three awards and eleven nominations at the 1995 British Academy Film Awards. It earned seven Academy Awards nominations, including for Best Picture and Best Actress. Thompson won Best Adapted Screenplay, becoming the only person to win Academy Awards for both acting and screenwriting. The film contributed to a resurgence in popularity for Austen's works, and has led to many more productions in similar genres. Elisabeth Shue, John Ortiz, Jane Levy, and Emily Rudd also star in supporting roles. The film has received positive reviews for its craft, including its claustrophobic production design, immersive sound, and seamless visual effects.
