  • Episode 50: What if 2026 Didn't Have to Feel So Hard?
    Jan 12 2026

Happy New Year everyone! It’s not only a new year but it is Episode 50 of The Mind Full Podcast! This week, there’s a very special episode in store for you.

What if the reason change feels so hard isn’t a lack of discipline, motivation, or willpower? In Episode 50 of The Mind Full Podcast, I take a slower, more honest look at busyness, burnout, and the pressure we put on ourselves to “do better” every year. I share my own personal experience from 2017 that changed how I look at stress, self-criticism, and why forcing yourself rarely works.

This isn’t about letting yourself off the hook. It’s about removing the things that are quietly holding you back. Along the way, I explore self-compassion, curiosity, and how noticing what’s actually going on in your head can be the most effective starting point for real change. No guest, no fixing, just a conversation, a bit of breathing space, and a gentler way to approach the year ahead.

If you're new to the series, why not take the time to go back and catch up on the wonderful interviews that you may have missed!

  • Eat Like An Adult with Josh Wood
    Nov 17 2025

This week I am joined by Josh Wood, a US-born, Tasmania-based behaviour change expert who somehow makes healthy living feel normal. You might know Josh from his brilliant TEDx talk on emotional eating, which has been shared far and wide, and for good reason. He’s got this wonderfully shame-free, common-sense approach to wellness, with a healthy dose of humour, which is always appreciated!

In our chat, we dive into everything from the surprisingly effective “Apple Test” for real hunger, to why perfection isn’t exactly perfect in itself! Josh explains why “good enough” is genuinely good enough, and he shares the nugget of wisdom that made his entire TEDx audience gasp.

We also get a sneak peek at Macro Masala, Josh’ new Indian-inspired cookbook full of big flavours and simple prep. If you’ve ever struggled with motivation, food guilt, secret fizzy-jelly stashes, or the all-or-nothing mindset, you’ll love this one.

He’s smart, sound, and refreshingly real. This conversation is just a reminder that small, conscious choices add up. Enjoy!

  • Love, Loss & Determination with Roseanna Ruane
    Nov 10 2025

This week on The Mind Full Podcast, I sit down for an exceptionally powerful and moving conversation with Roseanna Ruane to share the story of her extraordinary daughter Saoírse who touched hearts across Ireland after appearing on The Late Late Toy Show in 2020, and whose light continues to shine brightly after her passing last year after a long battle with cancer at just 12 years of age.

Roseanna speaks with honesty, love, and courage about navigating life after unimaginable loss. This is a raw and deeply human conversation about grief, love and legacy.

If you’d like to honour Saoírse’s memory while also supporting Cancer Fund for Children and Hand in Hand in Galway, you can purchase from the BPerfect x Saoírse & Mamma range at www.bperfectcosmetics.com. You can also follow Roseanna on social media on @saoirseandmamma
