In this podcast episode, I’m talking about embracing the seasons. The seasons of life, the seasons of nature, and the seasons of business. This was a huge breakthrough for me throughout 2025 as I really used to struggle with seasonal affective disorder. I taught a training about seasons inside my Highly Paid Healer mastermind, and it was a huge help for the women in there – so I wanted to extend this wisdom to you also.

A big part of the feminine work is embracing the seasons. The cycles of death & rebirth. Following the rhythms of Mother Nature. Noticing how things move in tides rather than in a straight line.

When you accept the seasons, you can let go and allow life to evolve. But it requires trust. Trust that what is coming instead is so much greater. Trust that things are being taken away from you for a reason. Trust that outgrowing things is part of your purpose & path.

You are not meant to stay the same, and nature shows us this. The seasons are your opportunity to expand. They are your invitation to grow, move on and adapt to the next thing. The seasons are working for you, if you will allow them to.
