She shared a tender story about her precious daughter Bella, who is born with Gastroschisis, a congenital disability in which the baby's intestines extend outside of the abdomen through a hole next to the belly button. Bea is just one of the moms that power through motherhood while pursuing a career in a male-dominated society and thrive despite having gone through discrimination at a workplace for being a mom.
