  • When God Says No: Trusting His Better Plan
    Feb 6 2026

    Hi my love,

Have you ever felt like doors were closing left and right… and you couldn’t tell if you should wait or move on?

Lately, God has been reminding me of something powerful: Every NO carries a better YES.

In today’s episode of the Catholic Life Coach Podcast, I’m sharing what’s shifted for me in seasons when things don’t work out… when opportunities fall through, plans unravel, and expectations don’t line up the way we hoped.

There was a time when closed doors made me question everything:Am I wanting something God doesn’t want?Did I get this wrong? Is this ever going to happen?

But this season feels different…and I can’t wait until you hear about it today!

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why a closed door doesn’t mean you’re off track

    • How trust changes everything when plans fall apart

    • The difference between delay and redirection

    • Why God doesn’t aim for “good enough”

    • How to stay grounded when your brain jumps to worst-case scenarios

I also share some very real stories from our life from work, travel, Assisi, and moments where a painful no turned out to be the doorway to something incredible.

    🎧 Listen now!

And if you’re ready to go deeper — to heal the beliefs that keep you playing small and step fully into the woman God created you to be — I’d love to invite you into my 6-month group coaching experience, Rooted & Radiant: https://www.karlafitz.com/rooted-radiant

  • What Happens When You Believe God Can Stop Time
    Jan 30 2026

What if God really can do the impossible you’ve quietly stopped asking Him for?

    Hi my love,

This week’s episode is a little different. I don’t usually tell long stories on the podcast, but this one wouldn’t let go of my heart. It kept resurfacing until I realized it wasn’t just a story about travel or logistics.

It was a story about trust.

About what happens when we say we believe God can do anything…and what happens when we actually live like we believe it.

In this episode, I share how God taught me through each moment about surrender, timing, and daring to believe Him fully.

We say nothing is impossible for God…but how often do we quietly brace ourselves for disappointment anyway?

    In this episode, we explore:

    * why it can feel safer to expect things to fall apart

    * how past experiences shape our trust

    * what happens when we pray boldly instead of cautiously

    * how God meets us when we believe ahead of time

💭 As you listen, I invite you to sit with these questions:

    * Where have I stopped asking God for the impossible?

    * What would change if I trusted His timing even when I feel rushed or afraid?

    * Do I really believe He sees me and cares about the details of my life?

    🙏 A prayer for today:

Lord, help me trust You completely.Help me believe that nothing is too small, too late, or too impossible for You.Teach me to ask boldly, wait faithfully, and receive with gratitude.Amen.

Press play when you’re ready. 🤍

With love and prayers,Karla, the Catholic Life Coach

  • How Good Are You Willing to Let It Get? A Catholic Perspective on Expansion, Joy, and Trusting God
    Jan 23 2026

What if the life God is inviting you into is far better than the one you’ve been bracing yourself for?

    Hi my love,

I’m so grateful you’re here with me this week.

I almost didn’t record this episode. My voice is already starting to go (again), and I could feel my body asking for rest. But there was a quiet nudge in my heart to show up anyway and that nudge became part of the message itself.

Because so often, we prepare ourselves for what might go wrong…but we don’t prepare our hearts for how good things are allowed to become.

In this episode, I’m inviting you into a question that has deeply shifted my trust in God:

How good are you willing to let it get?

For so many of us, it feels safer to expect the hard than to truly open ourselves to goodness. And yet, our dreams and desires didn’t come from nowhere… they were placed in our hearts for a reason, not just for us, but for the people we are meant to serve.

    In this episode, we explore:

    * why growth feels hard

    * why success can feel scary

    * how God stretches us

    * and why uncertainty is part of the process

I share an image God has been bringing to my heart again and again that I can’t wait for you to hear about.

💭 As you listen this week, you might want to sit with these questions:

    * How good am I truly willing to let my life become?

    * Where might I be bracing for the bad instead of receiving the good?

    * What would change if I trusted God enough to say yes fully?

    🙏 A prayer for today:

Lord, help me trust You with the goodness You desire for my life.Teach me to receive without fear and to walk forward even when I feel stretched.Expand my heart, my faith, and my capacity to say yes to You. Amen.

Press play when you’re ready. 🤍

With love and prayers,Karla, the Catholic Life Coach

    Jan 16 2026

    Hello, my love 🤍

Before you rush into new goals, intentions, or plans for this year, I want to invite you to pause… or relook at the goals you already made.

This week on the podcast, I’m sharing a reflection on what 2025 taught me not as a checklist, but as an act of gratitude and trust.

Because we don’t move forward well if we don’t first honor what God has already done.

In this episode, I reflect on five lessons God taught me in 2025 about trust, alignment, leaping before everything feels “ready,” and why you can’t mess up God’s plans when you’re walking with Him.

It’s an invitation to begin this year on purpose, not from pressure.

A short prayer for you to pray for this year

Lord, thank You for the year behind me for the growth I see and the growth I don’t yet understand.Help me trust that You were working in every moment. As I step into this new season, lead me with clarity, peace, and courage.I give You my yes again. Amen.

  • Slow Down To Welcome Him This Christmas
    Dec 19 2025

    Hi my love,

I’m so grateful to be back with you this week.

I almost didn’t record this episode. My voice has been low and far from perfect, but something in my heart kept whispering, show up anyway. And honestly, that tug felt like part of the message God has been teaching me lately.

Every Advent, I find myself circling back to the same invitation:

    Slow down.

    In this episode, I share:

    * why waiting feels so uncomfortable

    * how rushing steals our presence

    * what Advent is really asking of our hearts right now

✨ A line that has stayed with me during our Radiant Soul retreat in Assisi was a prayer from Saint Frances Xavier Cabrinit:

“God, carve Your heart into mine.

In this episode, I reflect on why that prayer feels especially powerful during Advent… and why carving requires time, stillness, and space.

💭 As you listen this week, you might want to sit with these questions:

    * Where have I been rushing instead of waiting?

    * What would change if I trusted God with what’s coming next?

    * How might my family experience Christmas differently if I allowed myself to be fully present?

    🙏 A prayer for today:

Lord, help me slow down enough to hear You. Teach me to trust You with what’s ahead and to live fully in the grace of this moment. Help me welcome You not only into the world, but into my heart. Amen.

Press play when you’re ready. 🤍

    With love and prayers,

    Karla, the Catholic Life Coach

  • A Faith-Filled, Gentle Way for Catholic Women to Understand Their Emotions
    Dec 12 2025

    Hi my love,

I’m so happy to be back with you for another episode. This week’s conversation comes straight from the coaching I’ve been doing lately and honestly, from what God has been gently teaching me too.

We’re talking about emotions… the ones you love, the ones you avoid, and the ones you’re convinced might swallow you whole if you let yourself feel them.(Yes! I’ve been there too. Embarrassment has been my personal struggle!)

But here’s the truth I want you to hear today:

Your emotions are safe. They’re neutral. And they’re one of the ways God speaks to your heart.

🌿 But first. Ready to go deeper?Applications are officially open for the Radiant CEO Mastermind. I’ve already met with some beautiful women discerning whether this is their next step and each conversation has reminded me why this work matters so much.

💭 A few reflections while you listen this week:

    * What emotion have I been avoiding because I’m afraid it might stop me?

    * What changes if I simply allow myself to feel it… knowing it’s safe, neutral, and temporary?

    * How would my life shift if I trusted that God can use every emotion for my growth and alignment?

    🙏 A prayer for today:

Lord, teach me to welcome the emotions You’ve given me not with fear, but with trust. Help me step into the dreams You’ve placed in my heart, fully willing to feel whatever comes with saying yes to Your plans. Amen.
