Hi my love,

I’m so happy to be back with you for another episode. This week’s conversation comes straight from the coaching I’ve been doing lately and honestly, from what God has been gently teaching me too.

We’re talking about emotions… the ones you love, the ones you avoid, and the ones you’re convinced might swallow you whole if you let yourself feel them.(Yes! I’ve been there too. Embarrassment has been my personal struggle!)

But here’s the truth I want you to hear today:

Your emotions are safe.They’re neutral.And they’re one of the ways God speaks to your heart.

Lord, teach me to welcome the emotions You’ve given me not with fear, but with trust. Help me step into the dreams You’ve placed in my heart, fully willing to feel whatever comes with saying yes to Your plans. Amen.
