my birthday tradition continues for another year with another solo jolly jaunt to a new city!

feeling ever so grateful for the opportunities i've created for myself by simply saying yes to adventure, and feeling my confidence grow each year as I make more & more memories just for me!

core memories made:

• racing a bus on an e-scooter
• getting into a cold plunge pool with a bunch of strange men
• stumbling into the most beautiful restaurant & being serenaded by violins
• doing a tiktok dance trend in the middle of a landmark

Happy Wellness Wednesday stunners! 🦋 Ok lovers you might have to bare with me a little bit in this weeks ep... I am deep in the pits of grief after losing my beloved Nan on Sunday morning, and as this has always been a place for me to share my thoughts and process life in real time, I guess I wanted to talk about it.

So consider this episode my open journal in navigating grief. This feels like my first time really experiencing grief as an adult, referencing how its so so different when there's not the somewhat blissful protection of youth.

Apologies if this is somewhat of a sad episode, but it wouldn't be honest and authentic if it was anything else, and as i wanna celebrate the whole plethora of human emotion and the vastness of this human experience, sometimes that means navigating trickier times then just the bright & shiny moments.
