We are back and it is time for an Energetic State of the Union update!

If you find yourself constantly saying "What now?" and feeling a sense of dread as you open up your social media, turn on your tv or view long lists of reels that your friends are sending your way, this episode is for you!

With so much going on in the world it is easy to feel overwhelmed and quite frankly fed up with all of the hair raising news coming from all directions.

Can you actually achieve a high frequency state in what feels like such a low frequency world?

The answer is absolutely! But it takes a bit of flexibility in how you view things and what you choose to take action on.

In this episode I share:

• How to view what is currently going on from the 3D perspective AND from the 5D Frequency based perspective
• Why we are going through such an intense and prolonged amount of change and what it all really means
• Key things that you can do right now in your physical 3D world
• The most important areas to hone in on in your 5D energetic world and why it so important to integrate bot 3D and 5D going forward
• Next steps for you to take to smooth out the road ahead and prepare for the big quantum leaps that are just ahead both personally and globally

And much more!
