  • What the Boston Implant Quote Is ACTUALLY Paying For

Your implant quote has a hidden structure behind it. Most patients never see it until they are already in treatment. That structure is exactly why two quotes for the same procedure can look nothing alike.

In this video, I'm going to break down the standard multi provider implant model used by most Boston area practices and show you what it actually costs you beyond the number on the page.

4:05 Questions to ask before you commit to any quote

    QUESTIONS ANSWERED
What is included in a full arch dental implant quote in Boston?
A Boston implant quote usually includes a general dentist consultation, a surgeon for placement, a separate restorative dentist, and an outside commercial lab that fabricates the teeth. Each of those steps adds cost and time, and the quote reflects all of them even if you never meet every provider.

Why do full arch implant timelines take one to two years at some practices?
Timelines stretch when the surgery, design, and fabrication happen at different offices and labs that are not under one roof. Every adjustment has to travel back through that chain, which adds weeks of waiting with no single person responsible for the outcome.

What questions should I ask before choosing an implant practice?
Ask whether the same surgeon handles your case from scan to final teeth, whether the teeth are made in house or sent to an outside lab, and how many total visits the process takes. A practice that cannot answer clearly is likely sending part of your case somewhere else.

  • 3 Ways to Replace a Missing Tooth Ranked from WORST to BEST! Dental Surgeon Explains
    Oct 15 2026

📌 Learn more about Dr. Matt Annese or book a consultation: https://nashobadental.com

You lost a tooth, or you are about to. You are going to get offered three things. A partial, a bridge, or an implant. Two of those will have you back in the chair paying again. And if you wait too long, the best option can come off the table completely, not because of anything you did, but because of what happens while you are deciding.

In this video, I am going to rank all three tooth replacement options from worst to best, explain the mechanics behind each one, and tell you the two situations where the "best" option is actually not the right call.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 3 Ways to Replace a Missing Tooth Ranked from WORST to BEST! Dental Surgeon Explains
0:25 Why the best option can disappear if you wait
0:59 Partials explained and when they actually work
1:45 The hidden problem with partials
2:19 Why bridges feel more like real teeth
2:52 The trade you make with a bridge
3:36 The one thing none of these conversations cover
4:06 When implants are not the right answer
4:50 Questions to ask before you pick

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Q: What is the best way to replace a missing tooth?
A: Dental implants are usually the strongest long term option because they replace the tooth root and keep the jawbone stimulated. Partials and bridges only replace the visible tooth, not the root, so bone loss can continue underneath.

Q: Is a bridge or an implant better for a missing tooth?
A: A bridge requires grinding down two healthy teeth to support a fake tooth in the middle, which can lead to decay and future problems on those anchor teeth. An implant stands on its own and does not touch the teeth next to it, making it the more conservative long term choice in most cases.

Q: Can you wait too long to get a dental implant?
A: Yes. Once a tooth root is gone, the jawbone in that area starts shrinking, and after enough time there may not be enough bone left to safely place an implant. Waiting years on a partial or bridge can quietly take the implant option off the table.

  • The ONE Question 97% Of Dental Implant Patients Near Billerica Never Think to Ask
    Oct 8 2026

📌 Learn more about Dr. Matt Annese or book a consultation: https://nashobadental.com

Most patients pick an implant practice near Billerica based on location, price, and star ratings. None of those three things predict how your case actually turns out. There is one question that matters more than all of them combined, and almost no one asks it before they book.

In this episode, I'm going to explain the one question every implant patient should ask before choosing a practice, and why most offices in the Boston area are set up in a way that works against you.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 The ONE Question 97% Of Dental Implant Patients Near Billerica Never Think to Ask
0:20 The real reason your case takes one to two years
1:03 How most implant practices split your care across three providers
1:40 Subscribe for what practices don't tell you
1:51 The 5 questions to ask before any consult
2:31 How Nashoba Valley Dental handles the entire case in-house
2:50 Why our pricing looks different without an outside lab
3:20 Patients driving hours for this process
3:32 The exact steps to run before you book anywhere
4:19 What a real complimentary consult should include

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: What is the most important question to ask before choosing an implant dentist near Billerica?
A: Ask whether the same surgeon handles your entire case from planning through final delivery, or if care gets split across multiple providers and an outside lab. This single answer predicts your timeline and outcome far better than reviews or price.

Q: Why do full arch implant cases often take one to two years?
A: The long timeline usually comes from outside labs and handoffs between a general dentist, oral surgeon, and restorative dentist, not from any clinical requirement. When one surgeon and one team handle everything in-house, the process can be completed in as few as three visits.

Q: How many full arch cases should an implant surgeon have completed?
A: Ask specifically how many cases the surgeon performing your surgery has personally completed from start to finish, not how many the practice as a whole has done. This number tells you far more about your likely outcome than star ratings or website photos.
