He is a certified Trainer Consultant and a certified professional in talent development. He had a long career using Team-Based Learning with the Boy Scouts (now Scouting America), both in the US and around the world. He also spent time in Burkina Faso with the Peace Corps and is a graduate of Virginia Tech. He's on this podcast to talk about his experiences using TBL with Scouting leaders and executives.
