    Aug 17 2026

Passed in March 2026 and brought into force in May, the Transgender Persons (Amendment) Act is currently under challenge at the Supreme Court. Things are moving fast with two hearings, a transfer petition and denial of interim relief. The Court is set to hear the matter today. Stay tuned for today's hearing report!
