  • Manifesting her dream life as a nomadic artist with Blaise Danio
    Oct 11 2026

Today I’m excited to share an interview with nomadic designer and muralist Blaise Danio. We talk all about her creative process, the inspiration for her work, creating the mental space necessary to make good work and how she gets over creative blocks. We also talk about a lot about divine guidance, how she taps into that inner knowing to make important decisions in her life and her manifestation process and which is how she’s managed to create her dream life as an artist.

    Blaise's Bio

Blaise Danio is a nomadic, multidisciplinary designer, working primarily on the US West Coast. Her artwork and public murals activate the sensory memory of nostalgia. Using abstract landscapes and bright, soothing colors her work transports the viewer to a space of requiem.

As a designer Blaise collaborates with tech companies, art institutions and retailers to create custom textiles, fine art and large scale murals. Driven by a passion for travel, fashion, interior design and high quality, sustainable materials she set about creating a brand and art career with a unique combination of all her passions.

After receiving her education from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University she relocated to New York to pursue her career in product and public design.

She has spent years working in the arts in New York City, facilitating behind-the-scenes art installation with MOMA PS1, Sotheby’s, The Public Theater, and prop styling for Real Simple magazine. She has studied under internationally acclaimed artist, Michele Oka Doner.

Blaise works with high-profile clients on custom designs and public mural work. Her designs are carried in over 100 retail stores internationally. She is currently a spotlight artist with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and work is frequently featured on Design Milk as well as in the New York Times Wirecutter edition.

    Sep 27 2026

Today I’m excited to share my a reboot interview featuring my long time dear friend Destiny Wolf. Destiny is a yoga teacher, sound healer, Breathwork facilitator and so many other things.

In this episode we get into talking one of my favorite practices that has been truly life changing and life giving to me – Breathwork. We talk about what it is, all the different types, the benefits of Breathwork, and some big transformations Destiny has seen in clients that she’s done 1-on-1 sessions with. I also share a bit of my journey with Breathwork like what drew me in to the practice and the changes I’ve been able to make in my life because of it.

On top of talking about Breathwork we also talk a lot about intuition and how we are all intuitive. She gives some fun exercises to help you tap into your intuition even more.

  • Writing Romance Novels and Marrying her Twin Flame with Kristin Travis
    Sep 20 2026

Today I have a super fun reboot episode to share with romance novelist Kristin Travis! This was one of the very first interviews I recorded, so full disclosure: the audio isn’t as good as it will be in future episodes. But this was one of my absolute favorite conversations, and I knew I wanted it to be the first one I shared this time around.

Also, I definitely giggled through the entire interview because Kristin is an absolute delight to chat with, so be prepared for that. Her answer to how she gets through creative blocks was so unique and unexpected that I still can’t get over it.

I also love how much growth Kristin has had since we recorded this original episode. She had just written and self-published her first novel, Synodic, when we had this conversation. Since then, the novel has kind of blown up, and she’s gone on to release its sequel, Ecliptic. It’s so cool to look back at this conversation from the beginning of her journey as an author and see that she is really doing the thing!

Other fun things we chat about: all things creative process, the level of both determination and delusion it takes to take on a massive creative project like writing a book, what it feels like to be in a flow state, her relationship with her twin flame and husband of 10+ years, and so many other beautiful, juicy things.

This was such a fun conversation to have, and I know you’re going to love it. So let’s get into it!
